Laxman Dabholkar (B.com, FCA, ACS, DISA) is a practicing Chartered Accountant who has helped many individuals and organizations to establish business in India & operating it smoothly.

He brings over 15 Years of Experience to the firm.

He has experience to serve various companies, NGOs, partnership firms, and Individuals. He has also provided services in different areas like like Accounting, Audits, Finance, Income Tax, GST, Statutory Audit, Stock Audit, Notices, Assessment, Compliance Management, Company Secretarial Services, MIS & Budgeting, Manpower Management, Manufacturing SOP at Factory, Accounts Department SOP, etc.

He has worked with Sleek Modular Kitchen (Subsidiary of Asian Paints ) & ITZ Cash Card Ltd. (Essel Group) on a managerial position for more than 5 years. He has vast knowledge, understanding and keeps regularly updated under various laws, rules and regulations as well as the complex corporate taxation system. Laxman Dabholkar have assisted many overseas companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.


He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has vast experience in advising & managing accounts department & setup business unit in India. He helps business to setup their SOP & Internal Control System for Accounts department, Compliance Management, Taxation, Factory Manufacturing Accounting & Software Implementation. He is also taking training at organization level for development of accounts department.

He is also an advisor to entities who are in services of providing software development like customize Tally, ERP software & SAP. He is also advisor to Management, Financial & Strategic Business Consultant.

  • He had Implemented SOP for Accounting Department for Kawachi whoes mostly dealing through online market.
